Your experience with us depends on what type of service you require! Even so, each process has plenty in common: a dedicated crew, safe job sites, and friendly service. Here's what to expect for design and installation projects, landscape maintenance, and Christmas Decor:

Design & Installation Process

1. Get in Touch

Fill out our contact form. A member of our team will contact you within 24 hours to learn more about your project and schedule an on-site consultation.

2. On-Site Consultation

This is where we walk your property, evaluate your needs, and make suggestions based on what we have to offer. You'll have a better idea of the complete services we can provide, including our design package options. We'll point out ideas you might not have considered to help you get the most of your property. If you feel like we're the right fit for your project, we'll collect the design fee and get to work.

3. Design and Plan Proposal

Within two weeks, we'll have your design and initial budget ready for review. We'll talk you through it and work together toward a finalized budget and timeline.

4. Design Approval and Agreement Signing

The final proposal will include all selected materials, pricing, and a timeline. When you accept it, you'll make your 30% initial payment and we will provide a timeline of when your project will start.

5. Project Kickoff

When work begins, we collect an additional 30% of your investment, depending on the size and scope of the project. Through it all, we'll keep you updated via regular check-ins with your project manager.

6. Final Walkthrough and Ongoing Maintenance

We will walk through the property with you, to make sure our work meets your expectations, collect your final payment, and discuss the details of any warranties. We will also discuss ongoing maintenance, and potential additional install work in the future.

Maintenance Process

1. Get in Touch

Fill out our contact form. A member of our team will contact you within hours to learn more about your project and schedule an on-site consultation.

2. On-Site Consultation

We'll evaluate your property, discuss your needs, and give you a better idea of the full-service landscape maintenance packages we have to offer. Our goal is to help you get the most out of your property, so we'll make suggestions and point out considerations or opportunities you might not be aware of.

3. Service Plan Review

Within 48 hours of your initial consultation, we'll send you a proposal. We will review any questions you have on our services, and work with you to develop the best program to maintain your property.

4. Commencement of Services

When you decide to move forward and accept our proposal, we will collect the initial payment. We offer monthly payments from March to October, and also offer discounts if you decide to pre-pay for your services up-front.

5. Ongoing Customer Service

Your landscape sales professional will visit your property regularly throughout the season, to make sure everything is looking great and that we are meeting our own high standards for excellence. If we notice anything outside the scope of our agreement which needs attention, we will bring it up to you. We often see ways to make your property even better, so we may propose those potential enhancements to you throughout the season.
